La revisi\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n progresiva de los privilegios y beneficios fiscales a empresas le permitir\u00e1 al Gobierno una recaudaci\u00f3n adicional equivalente a 1.0% del producto interno bruto (PIB), seg\u00fan estimaciones de ambas entidades. El gasto tributario es el monto de cu\u00e1nto dejaron de pagar los contribuyentes al fisco, debido a las exoneraciones al Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISR) y al Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) a diferentes reg\u00edmenes, as\u00ed como a zonas francas, maquilas y otros.
