Asimismo faculta a la reci\u00e9n creada entidad para gestionar ante organismos nacionales e internacionales \u201ccooperaci\u00f3n no reembolsable\u201d y las fuentes de financiamiento que considere pertinentes. Este acuerdo deroga el 92-2008 y entr\u00f3 en vigencia desde el 14 de febrero.
