De este modo, se lograr\u00eda \u201crecuperar la brecha preexistente\u201d y \u201cacompa\u00f1ar las demandas que implica el desarrollo\u201d, apunt\u00f3 el funcionario. Seg\u00fan el informe, Am\u00e9rica Latina debe tambi\u00e9n entender la particularidad de cada segmento.
