En los intercambios electr\u00f3nicos en el <em>New York Mercantile Exchange<\/em> (Nymex), el barril de light <em>sweet crude<\/em> (WTI) para entrega en febrero cay\u00f3 a US $32.10 (Q245.56), un m\u00ednimo desde el 29 de diciembre de 2003. Por su lado, el petr\u00f3leo Brent, tambi\u00e9n para entregar en el mismo per\u00edodo, se desplom\u00f3 a US $32.16 (Q246.02), su nivel m\u00e1s bajo desde el 7 de abril 2004.
