A noviembre del 2015 el costo de la factura petrolera alcanz\u00f3 los US$1 mil 963 millones 433 mil, y al hacer la comparaci\u00f3n interanual, hubo un ahorro de US$971 millones 330 mil por el pago de combustibles, ya que al mismo mes del 2014, el costo de la factura alcanz\u00f3 los US$2 mil 934 millones 763. Es el di\u00e9sel el que representa el mayor desembolso; sin embargo, la cifra registr\u00f3 US$599 millones 337 mil, US$536 millones 262 mil menos que en el mismo mes del 2014.
