Latinoam\u00e9rica \u201cno puede estar satisfecha con un valor promedio de inversi\u00f3n del 20.0% o 21.0%. Para crecer a tasas permanentes superiores al 5.0% o 6.0% se precisa invertir al menos el 27.0% el 28.0% del PIB.
