Fitch elogi\u00f3 la \u201creducci\u00f3n fuerte de la deuda, el crecimiento (econ\u00f3mico) robusto\u201d y el modelo d\u00e9ficit fiscal, aunque en esa \u00faltima materia pidi\u00f3 al Gobierno canalero un manejo \u201ccoherente\u201d que asegure la suficiente flexibilidad para enfrentar los problemas sociales a largo plazo.
