El texto, denominado \u201cPerspectivas Sociales y del Empleo en el Mundo\u201d, recuerda que la tasa regional de paro juvenil se situ\u00f3 en el 2015 en 15.7%, pero en el 2008, antes de la crisis econ\u00f3mico-financiera mundial, estuvo en el 13,8%. Este aumento implicar\u00e1 un incremento extra de 800 mil desempleados j\u00f3venes (15 a 24 a\u00f1os) en la regi\u00f3n.
