El informe, presentado ayer por el Instituto Guatemalteco de Turismo (Inguat), resalta que en 2016 se llevaron a cabo 19 mil 586 reuniones en el pa\u00eds, con 1 mill\u00f3n 187 mil 305 participantes. \u201cEl segmento MICE es uno de los 11 identificados en el Plan Maestro de Turismo Sostenible, el cual se encuentra en una fase de crecimiento\u201d, coment\u00f3 Jorge Mario Chaj\u00f3n, director del Inguat.
