Seg\u00fan el organismo la reforma al sistema de seguridad social debe ser prioridad y urgente para el Gobierno de Nicaragua para evitar que se tenga que aumentar las transferencias p\u00fablicas para financiar las prestaciones de jubilaci\u00f3n y de salud.
