Werner Ovalle, intendente de Aduanas, explic\u00f3 que las propuestas han sido validadas a nivel t\u00e9cnico por los miembros de la Comisi\u00f3n Interinstitucional contra el Contrabando y la Defraudaci\u00f3n Aduanera (Coincon) y solo les falta el aval del Consejo. Las leyes a reformar son: Contra la Defraudaci\u00f3n y el Contrabando Aduaneros, el C\u00f3digo de Comercio, de Hidrocarburos, Nacional de Aduanas, Propiedad Intelectual, de Propiedad Industrial, de Extinci\u00f3n de Dominio y la de Almacenes Generales de Dep\u00f3sito.
