Agreg\u00f3 que \u201csi el objeto es asegurar la sostenibilidad financiera y el futuro de los importantes logros sociales que el pa\u00eds ha conseguido en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, esta reforma propuesta es insuficiente, pero representa un paso en la direcci\u00f3n correcta\u201d.
