El s\u00e1bado comenz\u00f3 en el pa\u00eds la Segunda Competencia Regional de Chocolate, actividad organizada por Lutheran World Relief (LWR), en alianza con International Chocolate Awards con sede en Londres. Hoy se conocer\u00e1n a los ganadores de las m\u00e1s de 270 muestras presentadas por chocolateros de Centroam\u00e9rica y M\u00e9xico. Maricel Presilla, socio fundadora y directora del IICCT, explic\u00f3 que realizan cursos de cata de cacao y chocolates, adem\u00e1s de dirigir el International Chocolate Awards desde 2011. Agreg\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o tienen 13 competencias y una mundial. De estas dos son de apoyo a pa\u00edses productores de cacao. Una es el Concurso Nacional de Chocolate Peruano que va en su cuarto a\u00f1o. La segunda es en Centroam\u00e9rica y M\u00e9xico.
