Una vez obtenidas las aprobaciones regulatorias, Telef\u00f3nica Centroam\u00e9rica Inversiones, sociedad participada directa e indirectamente al 60 % por Telef\u00f3nica y al 40 % por Corporaci\u00f3n Multi Inversiones, transmiti\u00f3 este jueves la totalidad del capital social de Telef\u00f3nica Celular de Nicaragua a Millicom, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la operadora espa\u00f1ola a la CNMV. Telef\u00f3nica anunci\u00f3 en febrero la venta de sus filiales de Costa Rica, Panam\u00e1 y Nicaragua para reducir deuda.
