Seg\u00fan <strong>Kim<\/strong>, la regi\u00f3n necesita una \u201cinversi\u00f3n masiva del sector privado en infraestructuras\u201d, con particular atenci\u00f3n a sectores como la salud y la educaci\u00f3n, y la diversificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la producci\u00f3n de materias primas\u201d. <strong>Kim<\/strong> lo expuso as\u00ed durante la 45 reuni\u00f3n anual de la Asociaci\u00f3n de C\u00e1maras de Comercio de Estados Unidos en Am\u00e9rica Latina, a la que fue invitado como orador principal.
