Seg\u00fan los datos registrados, en los primeros cinco meses de 2023 el banco central reporta un ingreso de divisas por las transacciones monetarias internacionales por US $ 7796.7 millones. Las transferencias monetarias extranjeras representan una fuente importante para las econom\u00edas. Las cifras desglosadas dan cuenta que en enero se percibieron US $1386.5 millones; febrero, US $1381.1 millones; marzo, US $1665.8 millones; abril US $1551.4 millones, y en mayo, US $1811.9 millones, y el monto obtenido durante el \u00faltimo mes manifiesta un nuevo r\u00e9cord.
