El coordinador del informe, <strong>Andrew Powell<\/strong>, asesor principal del Departamento de Investigaci\u00f3n del organismo internacional, destac\u00f3 que \u201clos potenciales beneficios de la mejora de utilizaci\u00f3n de recursos son muy significativos\u201d en la regi\u00f3n latinoamericana.
