El monto lo establece el laudo del Centro Internacional de Arreglo de Diferencias Relativas a Inversiones (CIADI) por el caso Ferrov\u00edas. Adem\u00e1s deber\u00e1 pagar el 38.0%, equivalente a US$5 millones 591 mil, por los arrendamientos existentes calculados en funci\u00f3n de su restante vida \u00fatil en la fecha a la lesividad, as\u00ed como US$1 mill\u00f3n 350 mil por el funcionamiento del servicio ferroviario durante un a\u00f1o, tras la declaraci\u00f3n de lesividad en el 2006, detalla el laudo.
